Painted Lotus has a 5 step process, guaranteeing you will have your inspirational art without hassle, and on time.
Step 1: Colour – we have online colour options, which you can see in real time, and you can download an A3 print to hang up on your wall to ‘test’ out the beauty of your painting before you make this important first decision.
Step 2: Painted to your specification – you will see photographs of your Asian artwork throughout its design. Your painting is a one of a kind (no two hand painted reproductions are ever alike), so we offer you unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with your artwork. We also provide you with personalized advice, as we have seen first hand all the artwork sold by us.
Step 3: Painted Lotus Assessment – we independently review your painting with the artist, checking for paint quality and selecting the best packaging process for your artwork.
Step 4: In country Painted Lotus check – your painting comes to us first; we check for blemishes and paint loss, or other damage that may arise in transit.
Step 5: On site final check – once you have received your painting, you have 5 days to decide whether it is the right one for you.

We at Painted Lotus pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience by offering quality artwork and services with a no-argument guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your art, we will refund your order.
In the event (we think unlikely you will love it that much) that you wish to return or exchange your art, there are just three things you should know:
• You may return or exchange your custom artwork up to five days from the date you received your art*.
• You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to Painted Lotus and for the costs associated with that shipment (including insurance and postage). **
• If you decide to have your art exchanged, you will receive your new art within 30 days from the date on which we receive the returned painting from you.
*If you have ordered a digital copy of your artwork, no refund is available.
**The original artwork shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
