Rit

Rit was born in the province of Krabi. He was married 6 months ago. The party went all day and night. They spent a week in Bangkok for their honeymoon.

He spent 4 years studying art and painting at Bunditpattanasin University. He met Wat and San there, who also work with us at Painted Lotus.

Like many gifted Thai painters, he creates remarkable Buddha paintings. He has a strong preference for abstract and surrealism, and enjoys mixing these styles with the more classic Thai painting approach.

Sure and determined, Rit also has a typically thai sense of humour. When asked what is the one important thing he would like to tell a customer of his work, he says jokingly, buy my painting and come back again.

“I paint with my heart and hope that people feel this when they see my work.”
